As the Founder and CEO of CRUMB Enterprises in Chicago, Illinois, she has become a prominent figure in community development and public administration.

Dr. Cleveland serves as the Board Chairwoman for Peer Plus Education and continues to expand her impact through strategic leadership, mentorship, and community advocacy at every level.
